Return Policy
We provide a 30-day money-back guarantee. Simply return the undamaged product to us within 30 days of the shipping date. Please include your full name and order number in the returned package, and send the tracking information to metalwalldesigns@gmail.com. Once we receive the undamaged print and/or frame, we will issue a full refund. We do not provide pre-paid shipping packages or labels for you to return products to us. Customers are responsible for return shipment costs.
When returning an item, the buyer is responsible for ensuring that the items are properly packed and protected during shipping. If any of the items are damaged while being returned to us, we will assess the damage and may provide a reduced refund. Items arriving with significant signs of use, damaged pieces, scratches, and that cannot be resold may receive a return deduction of up to 50% of the purchase price.
